Can I reserve a specific item?

Customers are able to reserve product(s) that are listed as “available at nearby store”. Simply place a hold on the desired item by clicking “Reserve Now”. Some specific online products can be reserved as well, customers have the option to reserve and view it in the showroom prior to ordering and purchasing the item.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once an item(s) is purchased we will send you a confirmation email and shipping confirmation which will include a tracking number.

Can I cancel or edit an order?

As long as the item(s) has not shipped we can cancel or edit the order.

Is my credit card and other information safe?

At Elite Rugs and Furniture we value your security. Our check out process is 100% safeguarded to keep your information and purchases secure and confidential.


Where do you deliver?

We proudly deliver all our rugs, furniture and home decor items locally to the Belleville, Ontario region as well as ship across Canada.

How much do you charge for delivery?

For items over $599 we can include complimentary local delivery options. For out-of-town orders, shipping costs will be calculated at check-out.

When will my order be delivered?

Expect local orders (Belleville, Ontario and surrounding regions) to be received in 2-5 business days and shipped orders in 5-10 business days.

Do you offer any financing options?

We offer PayBright Financing for both online and in-store purchases. This allows our customers to break down the costs of purchases into either monthly instalments or bi-weekly payments. Ask our customer service team about Paybright Financing for ease of acquiring your new items.
